Ours lasts as long as it takes. The sleighs take the route your group chooses, and at the end a bonfire and a feast with a band are waiting. No quick loop for one photo, and no surprise extras on the spot.

Choose your route

There are hundreds of sleigh rides in Podhale. We do four things differently.

  1. 01

    Hotel pick-up and drop-off

    A driver collects your group from your guesthouse by minibus and drives you back afterwards. No parking, and nobody has to stay sober to drive.

  2. 02

    A feast with no counting

    Bonfire, sausages, oscypek cheese with cranberries, lemonade, highland tea and mulled wine. Nobody rations the portions.

  3. 03

    A live band, not a speaker

    A real highland band plays at every sleigh ride and every feast.

  4. 04

    Highland fun and games

    Contests and games: greasing the ski, choosing the Gaździna (the highland hostess), a highland dance lesson and much more.

In summer, by horse-drawn carriage and wagon.

An hour's ride in horse-drawn carriages or traditional highland wagons, then an hour of feasting with a live band.

Organised groups

We take clubs and associations, volunteer fire brigades, schools, companies and institutions — groups of 20 or more. We plan the programme around your group: accommodation with meals, a feast in a highland tavern, thermal baths, Zakopane with a guide, a trip to Slovakia.

Plus workshops: cheese-making: make your own oscypek; cooking: dishes from the Podhale region; wool-craft; wreaths and regional decorations.

Sleigh rides from 180 PLN per person.

The exact price depends on the route and date. Children aged 4–12 pay less, and under-4s ride free. Full price lists: Gubałówka with a feast in Ząb and Białka Tatrzańska. The ride takes an hour, the feast 2 hours. We agree the date and price by phone.
