Privacy policy

Short and without legal jargon: what we collect, why, and how to switch it off.

Who is responsible for your data

Dorota Maciasz, Zakopane, Poland. Contact: dorotamaciasz67@gmail.com or +48 606 407 943.

When you call or write to us

We keep what you give us yourself — your name, phone number, date and number of people — so we can prepare an offer and organise the trip. We keep this data for as long as settling the trip and tax law require. We don't sell it to anyone and we don't send unsolicited messages.

The form in our Facebook and Instagram ads

If you leave your number in a form in one of our ads, Meta passes us your name, phone number and your answers (date, number of people). We use them only to call you back about the trip. Requests from ads and from the form on this website reach Dorota's phone via the Telegram messenger (its servers may be outside the European Union) and are saved in our website's admin panel. The website, the panel and the ads are run on our behalf by AI Partners sp. z o.o. If no booking is made, we delete the request after 6 months.

Cookies and Facebook

If you click “I agree” in the box at the bottom of the page, we switch on the Meta pixel — a Facebook tool that lets us see which trips people are interested in and show our offer to people who have already been here. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is a separate controller of your data in this respect.

Without your consent the pixel doesn't load — it doesn't run in the background or “just in case”. We store your decision in your browser's storage, and you can withdraw it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted or to object to its processing. Just write to the address above — we reply within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
